There is a very 60's /Emma Peel influence for my design of Janet. The non-costume outfit she wears in the book is derived from my first attempt at her costume (on the left).

the only thing that i think might be fun to see in your new version would be some sort of reworking of the "w" on her original costume. but even minus that i think its a super reworking on what i feel is the definitive Wasp look! Although the yellow and red Buscema era version is also a real favorite too.

Yeah, I tried to simplify the 'w' on her chest a bit, as seen here. [link] Just used the negative space and the diamond shape to form the letter :)
